Brie is versatile enough to make many different holiday menus special, and quality imported brie costs less than many people think, according to one food writer. Not only does it look attractive by itself on a cheese tray, but brie can be used in the place of cheddar to add pizzazz to several foods, including potatoes, asparagus or omelets.
