Program pairs professional chefs with schools

An Arizona school district has recruited a professional chef to help school nutrition professionals prepare healthy meals that students will eat. The partnership, part of the Experience Food Project, includes training for the nutrition professionals. Officials say they have been starting slow and serving healthier fare along with familiar favorites.
