Analogic buys remaining stake in ultrasound device firm for $11M

Analogic has agreed to pay about $11 million in cash to buy the remaining stake in ultrasound device maker PocketSonics, in which it has held a minority stake for about three years. The deal is Analogic's second ultrasound technology purchase this year, after it announced in January that it would acquire Canadian ultrasound device supplier Ultrasonix for $83 million.
