Architects and interior designers have increasingly brought concrete, which has long been used for road, bridge and building construction, into home design in new ways in recent years. Benjamin Hubert’s lamps with concrete shades and bases, Magnus Pettersen’s concrete desk set and Doreen Westphal’s concrete lace curtains are examples of designers bringing concrete into the home.
