Dispatchers in Wash. state use online platform for training

Snohomish County, Wash., 9-1-1 dispatchers do their training online through Mindflash, a platform developed by the county's call center. Mindflash allows officials to create specific programs that are accessible using a secure log-in. So far almost 50 training programs have been created, most with 15 to 30 minutes of reading material and some using video or audio clips to show how policies have changed.
