New cases of measles reported in 16 states since August

New cases of the measles have been reported in 16 states since mid-August. Two cases in Michigan were confirmed in infants who were exposed to the disease outside the U.S. Doctors say declining immunization rates and increasing prevalence in other nations are threatening progress against the disease.
