Special committee finds FirstNet Board acted properly

A special review committee tasked with investigating allegations the FirstNet Board made deals behind closed doors found no serious wrongdoing and said members had not been prevented from obtaining documents important to the rollout of the broadband network for first responders. The committee, which did make recommendations on ways to improve the FirstNet Board, left for a future report accusations that members had conflicts of interest because of their past ties to the wireless industry.
