Verallia VP voices support for Ind. bottle bill

Verallia North America's VP of Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs and Law Steve Segebarth spoke recently about the company's support for a bottle bill in Indiana that would mandate a refundable deposit for glass bottles, supporting businesses and the environment and providing glass plants with more cullet. Cullet, which is broken glass from recycled bottles and jars, has become more expensive, and as much as $60 million in glass and other recyclable materials are thrown away each year.
