Eli Lilly attempts to block Sun Pharma's generic Strattera

Eli Lilly & Co. has filed a patent infringement suit against Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, which seeks to produce and sell a generic version of Lilly's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Strattera. In a complaint filed Sept. 20, Eli Lilly said the company would be "irreparably harmed" by the FDA's approval of Sun's request.
