Congress rejects oversight of cyber czar

The Senate voted down a bill proposed by Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, that would have increased oversight of White House czars, including the future coordinator of cybersecurity. The White House has yet to fill the position, which was created in May to improve the federal government's cybersecurity efforts.
