Some retailers still hesitate to enter e-commerce

Now that Zara has finally decided to roll out e-commerce sites in key markets, other retailers no longer have an excuse for not making forays into e-commerce. A lot of bricks-and-mortar retailers seem determined to wait until e-commerce is perfected before taking the plunge themselves.
