Minn. liquor store owner feuds with city over truck sign

Jake's Discount Liquor Store owner Rich Jacobson says the city of Hastings, Minn., is wrong when it says the sign that sits in his pickup truck to advertise the store violates a city ordinance on excessive signage. Jacobson says the sign is his mobile messaging system, while the city calls it an unlawful portable sign and has ticketed and towed the truck.
