Study: Americans want to learn about their life insurance

Many Americans with life insurance want to meet with their financial advisers to discuss their policies because 40% don't think their policies are adequate, according to a Genworth LifeJacket Study. More than 60% want to meet with their advisers at least once a year. The study offers seven life-insurance insights for agents and advisers, such as the value of meeting with each client for one hour every year, and the importance of needs analysis.
