Is your company making the most of social media?

Social media is great for external marketing, but companies should be doing more to integrate social media into their internal communications, says Michael Brito. When executives show that they value social media, the company's entire culture will soon become more social, Brito argues. "An organization cannot have effective and meaningful conversations with customers unless they are having effective and meaningful conversations with each other," he says.
