Climate data give researchers pause for thought

Climate researchers say that over the last 15 years, they haven't seen the kind of global temperature increase their models had predicted. That's sparked a debate about how to communicate those findings to the public. "Climate policy needs the element of fear," says German politician Hermann Ott. "Otherwise, no politician would take on this topic."
