Former Sen. Judd Gregg, SIFMA CEO, and former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell appeared on CNBC's Squawk Box to advocate for a bipartisan solution to fix the national debt. "All the simple things were done. All the easy things have been done," Gregg said. "They're fairly large by the way, about $2.5 trillion. But the really big things, which is entitlement reform and tax reform, they haven't been done. And they are complicated and they take leadership from the White House and they take the willingness of the two parties to come together on some very complex and difficult political issues." Gregg and Rendell are co-chairs of the Fix the Debt campaign.
