Although Time Warner at some point could introduce a broadband-only version of HBO, the media giant would be unlikely to make it available to those who don't have pay-TV service, according to Jeff Bewkes, Time Warner's chairman and CEO. Bewkes, speaking at an industry conference, also praised the pay-TV bundle for fostering diverse programming at an affordable cost. The bundle has "held up fantastically," Bewkes said.
