Infographic: What is the state of STEM jobs in the U.S.?

Jobs in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math make up about 20% of all jobs in the U.S., according to data assembled by the Metropolitan Policy Program at Brookings Institution and represented in this infographic. The infographic also reveals that about half of all STEM jobs do not require a bachelor's degree, and that the jobs tend to pay more than non-STEM jobs.
