Mich. city manager is recognized ahead of retirement

The Muskegon, Mich., City Commission has held a public reception to honor City Manager Bryon Mazade, who will retire Tuesday after serving since 1994. He is the city's second-longest-serving manager. "I will always look back fondly on my time serving the city of Muskegon," Mazade said. Frank Peterson is Mazade's successor.
