Belly dancing for fitness is for all body types and ages

Sue Renzin of New Rochelle, N.Y., says she was approaching menopause when she took up belly dancing; now, at 57, she teaches it to middle-age women and seniors at nursing homes as a fun path to fitness. She also incorporates tips for better nutrition and encourages people to be comfortable in their bodies, whatever their body type.
