Some small-business plans won't qualify under ACA

Some small businesses are receiving notifications that their health care plans offer a lower level of care than what the Affordable Care Act requires. Among the new requirements are coverage for pediatric vision and dental care, and limits on deductibles and out-of-pocket costs. Businesses whose plans don't pass muster must shop for a new plan.
