A world-leading 83% of U.S. online shoppers pronounce themselves generally satisfied with the service they receive, according to a UPS report. As for negatives, shoppers globally complained most of inflexibility in delivery times and hassles with returns, with many saying they would favor retailers offering generous return policies.
