Study: Health insurance costs rising at three times rate of average earnings

A new study shows health insurance premiums U.S. workers pay are rising at nearly three times the rate of average earnings. The research, based on federal data, shows premium costs rose 35.9% from 2000 to 2004, whereas average individual earnings grew by just 12.4% during the same period.
