Study: More Canadians are spending money online

About 39% of Canadians older than 15 shopped online last year, up from 32% in 2007, according to government data. Statistics Canada also said Canadian consumers increased their online spending from $12.8 billion in 2007 to more than $15 billion last year. However, average transaction prices dropped from $183 to $158 over the same period.
