Chefs get creative with chicken skin

Chefs have long known that chicken skin is the best part of the bird to some, and now they're making the most of it with new menu items starring crispy skins. Nate Gutierrez says his chicken skin tacos sell out whenever they're on the menu at Nate's Taco Truck and Nate's Taco Truck Stop in Richmond, Va.
