Clubs must embrace new technology when talking to members

The way we communicate has changed rapidly over the past few years, and it's important for clubs to keep up when engaging their members. More and more clubs are making their website easier to access on a mobile device, and many are embracing electronic publications. Being involved in social media is also a growing necessity for clubs, with 26% of clubs surveyed by VCT Corp. using social media as part of their member communications strategy.
