JPMorgan wants to move Lehman lawsuit to federal court

JPMorgan Chase is arguing that the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in June in Anna Nicole Smith's inheritance battle means that a case brought against the bank by Lehman Bros. should be moved to federal court. In the Smith case, the court limited the jurisdiction of bankruptcy courts. Lehman argues that JPMorgan sped its bankruptcy during the financial crisis by taking $8.6 billion in assets.
