Many small businesses don't qualify for health care law's tax credits

The health care overhaul passed last year included tax credits for small businesses to help meet their health costs, but the requirements attached to the credits have disqualified many businesses. Companies with 25 or more full-time employees or with employees who make an average of at least $50,000 per year can't receive the credits.
