Big changes are expected for House Financial Services Committee

Chairman Spencer Bachus, R-Ala., and ranking minority member Barney Frank, D-Mass., are leaving their leadership posts with the House Financial Services Committee at year-end. Their likely replacements are Reps. Jeb Hensarling, R-Texas, and Maxine Waters, D-Calif., whose views occupy opposite ends of the political spectrum.
