"Mad Men" proved a touchstone for participants at a panel on the agency business, being creative and finding talent at the Bloomberg CEO Summit during Advertising Week. JWT Worldwide CEO Bob Jeffrey said that the series' glamorous image has been a "positive" for recruiting, and offered a reminder of the importance of "the entertainment side" of the ad business.
