JPMorgan's Dimon reshuffles top management

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon shook up the bank's top management, replacing Bill Winters, co-head of investment banking, with Jes Staley, who has been with the bank since 1979. Steve Black, the other head of investment banking, will becomes the unit's executive chairman for 18 months. Mr. Black is a specialist in the stock market, while Mr. Winters is a fixed-income expert.
