CDC: 20% of workers still smoke but wellness policies help

The CDC reported about 20% of U.S. workers smoke, with variations by industry and jobs, income level, education level and age. Employers that cover smoking-cessation program costs and establish smoke-free workplace policies can help people quit the habit, a co-author of the study said.
