Las Vegas officials, HOA struggle to deal with hoarder

For the past five years, residents of the Sun City Summerlin retirement community in Las Vegas have complained to the HOA and city officials about a neighbor's hoarding problem, but both parties seem unwilling to fix the problem. "It's horrendous. This is a nice neighborhood, and people take care of their homes. This is like a junkyard," says neighbor George Olsen. "It smells putrid. We go for walks, and it's terrible. We cross the street so we don't have to smell it."
