For the past five years, residents of the Sun City Summerlin retirement community in Las Vegas have complained to the HOA and city officials about a neighbor's hoarding problem, but both parties seem unwilling to fix the problem. "It's horrendous. This is a nice neighborhood, and people take care of their homes. This is like a junkyard," says neighbor George Olsen. "It smells putrid. We go for walks, and it's terrible. We cross the street so we don't have to smell it."
