Students adjust to taking fruits, veggies in lunch line

School nutrition professionals and others in Pennsylvania say new school meal standards put in place before the start of the school year have taken some adjustment. Now, however, students appear to be enjoying the new, healthier options -- especially younger students. "They are just getting used to taking fruits and vegetables. It's just going to take some time," said Susan Meadows, president of the School Nutrition Association of Pennsylvania.
