Indian government action may set back Nokia-Microsoft sale

India has frozen some of Nokia's immovable assets, a development that could delay the Finnish company's sale of its cellphone business to Microsoft. Indian authorities took the action last week to guarantee that Nokia had enough cash on hand to pay its estimated $635 million tax bill, Nokia disclosed Monday.
