Roof of federal building in Mich. receives repairs

The flat roof on the lower part of the Port Huron Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Port Huron, Mich., is being repaired. The roof restoration work includes removal of the old rubber membrane, as well as some fixtures, followed by installation of insulation, according to Steven Ernest, property manager of the federal General Services Administration.
