Social tools are embraced by 73% of marketers

Almost three-quarters of marketers use social media, according to this year's Chief Marketer Social Marketing Survey, compared with about two-thirds of marketers last year, a sign that social tools are now dominant, writes Brian Quinton. The survey found that 85% of marketers say they value social tools' ability to reach consumers in multiple ways.
