Samsung Electronics expects to post record earnings for the third quarter even as sales of its flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone start to sag in a saturated high-end market. Samsung also confirmed the departure of Kevin Packingham, its top mobile executive, but declined to cite a reason for the move.
