Don't forget the "human" in HR technology

While there have been technology breakthroughs for human resources -- such as recruiting passive candidates via social media -- HR can't forget to keep the " 'human' in human resources," writes Bradford Thomas, manager at Development Dimensions International, reporting from the HR Technology Conference.
