Genachowski defends record as clock ticks on Net neutrality

FCC Commissioner Julius Genachowski, in an interview, stood by the agency's broadband plan, while acknowledging the issue of ensuring network neutrality remains unresolved. But Gigi Sohn, president of watchdog group Public Knowledge, said that "time is running out" for Genachowski to address the remaining broadband regulatory issues by the end of 2010.
