Most social media campaigns actually are deeply anti-social, argues Altimeter's Brian Solis. Companies that use Facebook and Twitter to broadcast messages and raffle off freebies soon will find their customers tune them out, Solis warns. "I believe that all of these anti-social media strategies are actually about to force people to start unfollowing and unliking you en masse," he says.
