Lexmark pays $54M for PACSGEAR

PACSGEAR has been acquired by Lexmark for $54 million and will operate under Lexmark's Perceptive Software division. PACSGEAR focuses on helping providers collect, manage and share health documents such as medical images and enabling them to incorporate that data into EMRs and PACS.
