West Virginia company sues workers' comp provider

A West Virginia sheet metal manufacturer has filed a lawsuit against the state's only workers' compensation insurance provider, claiming that it overcharged companies for coverage. Aero-Fab wants BrickStreet Mutual Insurance to refund an "agent commission" and is seeking class action status for the lawsuit.
