London's pop-up scene breeds opportunities for talented chefs

Talented chefs trained at world-famous restaurants including Noma and Chez Panisse are popping up more often at London's temporary supper clubs. Often held in people's homes, the increasingly popular intimate events provide a venue for highly trained chefs who don't yet have the means to launch their own permanent brick-and-mortar establishments.
