Tenn. district may allow cell phones back in schools

Tennessee's Knox County school district is considering relaxing its policy on cell phones in its schools. The principal of one district high school that has already altered its policy says teachers are incorporating the phones into classroom instruction, which has led to increased participation and fewer problems with students using the phones outside allowed times.
