New Yorkers don't cut back on dining out, poll says

New Yorkers aren't stinting on restaurant meals despite rising prices and a down economy, according to a Zagat poll. Eatery openings have outpaced closings, and residents continue to dine out an average of three times a week even though restaurant tabs have risen 4% in the past year.
