Speculation about reduced exports sends soybeans tumbling

Soybean prices slid Tuesday to their lowest in a year as traders anticipated that a weakening global economy will reduce U.S. exports. On the Chicago Board of Trade, soybeans for November delivery declined 1.5%, to $11.60 a bushel. Corn and wheat futures also fell.
