Warner Chilcott reportedly attracts third potential takeover bid

A third group of potential buyers reportedly is considering making an offer for Warner Chilcott, formerly known as Galen Holdings. The firm said Sept. 20 it had received a $2.67 billion indicative takeover offer from a consortium. Since then two other potential bidders have shown interest in Chilcott, which specializes in women's health and urology. Some predict an offer could be made in the next few weeks.
