Online BSN helps nurses schedule class around long shifts

An online program that awards registered nurses a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing is being offered through the University of Texas at Arlington and Baylor Health Care System. RN Remy Tolentino at Baylor says the program removes accessibility barriers, as it can be difficult for nurses to schedule classes around 12-hour shifts, for nurses who want to advance their careers. Baylor also offers tuition reimbursement, helping with affordability.
