Ford is introducing the second generation of its in-car Sync system, dubbed MyFord Touch, and, according to this review, it might be a technological leap ahead of its predecessor, but it also has a steep learning curve. Ford's latest voice-activated information/entertainment system is representative of a larger trend in the auto industry to integrate sophisticated consumer electronics into dashboards.
